According to the Russian-American Boxing Trainer Michael ‘Coach Mike’ Kozlowski Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk could become the best representative of the Russian Boxing School in heavyweight in the all history of Professional Boxing!

Here is Coach Mike’s opinion on the upcoming fight between Oleksandr Usyk and the current World Champion Anthony Joshua:
– In my opinion, Anthony Joshua is the most convenient opponent for Oleksandr Usyk of all the current Heavyweight World Champions and contenders for the World Crown today!
Firstly, Joshua, moves in a timing that is very comfortable for Usyk’s footwork!
Secondly, the English boxer strikes with a trajectory and timing very close to our Russian Boxing School! It was in the confrontation with the representatives of this Boxing School that Usyk won all the main titles in the Amateur and the Professional Boxing!
Thirdly, Joshua is significantly slower than Usyk!
I will not talk about the advantages of Joshua, including his anthropometry, because if I will add the experience, the chin of both boxers and their boxing IQ to this topic, then Usyk’s advantageous characteristics will increase even more))
I don’t think that during his professional career, Anthony Joshua has become more mature than Alexander Usik. Joshua’s fight with Ruiz is a clear confirmation of this!
If we return to the amateur careers of both boxers, we will see that the psychological advantage, which is directly related to the experience of the boxers, will be much higher for Usyk!

We have received information that the father and coach of Vasyl Lomachenko, Anatoly Lomachenko, will prepare Usik for the fight with Joshua!
Let’s hope that Anatoly Lomachenko did the right conclusions after an unprofessional approach, both to preparation and to the fight of his son against Lopez, and this will serve as another additional incentive for the coach to realize his ideas, which, I am sure, he has in abundance, in preparation of a Ukrainian boxer for a fight against an Englishman …
Again, I hope that the authority of Anatoly Lomachenko, as a Trainer and Mentor, will bring a certain DISCIPLINE to the Usyk corner, both in the training process and in the fight, which, in my opinion, was clearly not enough for Alexander in his last performances!
