Two of Michael Kozlowski’s fighters won the USA Boxing regional competition!

The Regional Championships were held the weekend of February 12 & 13 in Lake Placid, NY. There were four boxing teams: New York City Metro Boxing, New Jersey State, New York State and New England competing for a spot on the regional team. Boxing coach Michael Kozlowski’s two students, Juan Roman (114 lb) and Jeremy Fiorentino (152 lb), both represented NYC Metro Boxing Team. They decisively won their bouts and became Champions of Regional #1! As a result of their victories, they will compete in the USA Boxing National Championships in Colorado Springs! Furthermore, Michael Kozlowski was selected to be one of the team coaches of “Boxing Team Regional #1″ for the upcoming 2011 National Championships!
